If you wish to cancel an order, please email arluholistics@gmail.com as soon as possible

If your order has already been dispatched, please return unused and in perfect condition in its original packaging within 21 days for a full refund. Unfortunately, return postage is non-refundable unless the order was sent incorrectly.

Refund & Exchange Policy          

In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged, incorrectly or you have an issue with the item you have received please contact arluholistics@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will arrange a refund or replacement. Proof of purchase is essential and photos of any damaged items will be required.

Please note, as with all natural products, there can be variation in colour or scent from batch to batch.
